I agree to let Generation CEO GmbH use my personal information to manage the network. The association also collects data from its online portal, events, and my professional profiles on social media to keep in touch with me about non-commercial activities like events and newsletters.

I also agree that the association may share my personal information and photos in my publications and possibly with other media outlets. If I don’t want a specific photo or my personal information shared, I can let the admin know at any time, and the association will stop sharing it for the future. The association will also remove any photos or data already on its website without undue delay.

I have several rights regarding my personal information, including the right to access it, correct it, delete it, object to its use, limit how it is processed, and withdraw my consent. To exercise my rights, I can contact the admin. I can also manage my communication preferences directly through my personal account.

This processing activity has been set up to manage the controller's non-commercial information and communication and for the following detailed purposes:

  • Creation and use of an address file for internal or external information or communication purposes, including with professional data posted on social media (newsletters, websites, contact files, invitations to events, etc.) relating to the purpose, excluding any commercial or political solicitation.

  • Creation, editing and dissemination of information and documents, internally or externally in various formats (e-mail, video, social networking page, image, testimonials, mobile application, podcast, newsletter, etc.), excluding commercial or political communication.

  • Exchanges with various data subjects interested and/or who might be interested in the organization’s purpose (contact form, phone call, letters, etc.).

  • Management of registrations for meetings and events of a non-commercial or political nature.

  • Implementation of a media library to manage communication media (videos, photographs, testimonies, etc.).

  • Public relations management actions (event organization, etc.).

  • Creation and analysis of studies and surveys (online, paper, etc.).

  • Provision of research tools on institutional websites to users.

  • Production of statistics and reports, based on connection data, on the use of an online public communication service (website, page on social networks, etc.).

Legal basis of the processing operation:

Legitimate interest: sending information to people who have expressed an interest in it, sending invitations to public figures in connection with the event in question and compiling statistics on the use of online public communication services.

Consent: free registration of persons upon receipt of the desired information (withdrawing their consent is possible at any time by contacting the controller’s point of contact) and unambiguous approach of the person concerned to participate in exchanges, events, studies, surveys or testimonies.

Child Safety Standards Policy

Any explicit content or child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is strongly prohibited on our application. 

Compliance with Child Safety laws & reporting 

Our app complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations. 

Our app ensures all content shared within the app is appropriate for a mixed audience, including children. User-generated content is moderated to prevent inappropriate material from being accessible.

Any CSAM (Child Safety Abuse Material) content will be automatically removed when flagged or reported through our moderation features or if we are directly contacted for this purpose. 

We will systematically take action to report confirmed CSAM content to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
CSAM consists of any visual depiction, including but not limited to photos, videos and computer-generated imagery, involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.

Our app is committed to protecting user data, especially for children under 13, in compliance with applicable regulations.

All data is encrypted during transmission and stored securely.

Our app does not include ads or monetized content.

Validation and updates 

Regular internal testing is conducted to ensure compliance with Google Play’s child safety standards, including functionality reviews and content audits.

Policies are reviewed quarterly or as required to align with updated child safety standards.
